环状RNA作为新兴的科研方向,其火热程度就无需多言了,基金的申请呈指数增长的同时,文章的数量也在迅速增加,今天已经是12月7号了,离2018年只有不到一个月了,真正看一下才发现2017年发表的10分以上的文章也只有不到20篇,5分-10分杂志范围的文章不到60篇,确实是不多,所以说总体上速度增长较快,但总量还是偏少的。今天我们先看5-10分这个范围,这里我们来介绍两种常见的类型。
第一个类型是表达谱(Expression Profile/Pattern)的文章,就是这种:
